In 2005, the Elmegården Houseowners' Association in Struer could, for the fist time since the turn of the century, be pleased with the fact that their total heating costs were less than DKK 400,000.
The association had saved approximately DKK 46,000 compared to 2003 – even after heating costs increased by nearly 20% over the preceding five years. This cost saving is the result of a service agreement made with Danfoss called 'Energy Trim™', which ensures continious optimisation and fine-tuning.
