The Oval Tower is one of Amsterdam's highest buildings - 100 meters high and contains 25.000 m2 of office space. Only 4 years after completion the building had to be renovated as it was struggling with balancing problems in its hydronic heating and cooling system.
More specifically, due to a bigger demand for cooling and because of significant problems with the hydronic balance, the building owner decided to switch to Danfoss AB-QM combination valves to fix the problem with the original installed manual valves.
