Downloadable Selection Tools & Dimensioning Tools

These are our district heating dimensioning tools which are downloadable - either as .ZIP files or .EXE files. After installation on your PC they will help you select the correct products for your application. Please note that this toolbox only applies to a limited range of heating applications.

The dimensioning software will via the calculations you make guide you to the correct plate heat exchanger for your requirements and needs.
 
Click the link to download the .ZIP file containing the HEX Calculator. Unzip the file and install the HEXCalcInstaller_4-2-16.exe file on your computer. Follow the instructions given by the install wizard during installation.

SAC Ruler

SAC Ruler
Follow the link to the Danfoss SAC slide ruler for easy selection of our self-acting differential pressure &  flow controllers and temperature controllers.
 
This flash tool contains local language versions in i.e. English, Danish, German, Hungarian, Serbian, Bulgarian and many more languages.

Danfoss Selection Tools

Danfoss Selection Tools
The Danfoss Selection Tools are available as both online dimensioning programs and on CD-ROM.
 
Both versions enable you to size control valves and select the right combination of actuator and control valve (Valve Selector) or size self-acting controllers (SAC Selector).

Please contact your local Danfoss sales company to receive a CD-ROM with a local language version of the Selection Tools or visit their site to try the online version of the programs.
