Global City is made up of four buildings, comprising 381 units with surfaces ranging from 50 sqm to 200 sqm, divided into 40 studios, 142 two-room apartments, 99 three-room apartments, 86 four-room apartments and 14 duplexes. The total surface of the land allocated to the new ensemble in the North of Bucharest is 22,204 sqm.
The Project was originally designed for Manual Balancing Valves solution (the designed solution was the correct one: MBV on risers, branches and on each fancoil). The installer chose to change the solution and the project due to advantages of AB-QM solution like phased commissioning, easy setting and less valves. Danfoss also delivered the frequency convertors.
Global City is the second biggest project as value in Romania (230.000 euro), but the biggest one in quantity
Danfoss supplied a wide rangs of products to be installed like AB-QM's (around 3600 pcs.) and TWA-Z actuators.
