The new town hall, located in the northwest of The Netherlands in the city of Zaandam, is a new building with the function to provide people from the necessary documents and where people can go to ask questions and obtain information about (local) politic affairs. The town hall will be ready by the end of 2009. As the latest building in this area, it covers a total floor space of 23,000 square meters
