Danish District Heating Technologies Have Huge Impact on the Environment in China

In the city of Changchun - capital of Jilin Province situated in north east of China - the citizens can breathe in clean air. A district heating project, which is constructed by Danfoss, results in 10% savings in coal usage amounting to 28,000 tons a year. This means 10% less CO2, SO2 and NOx.

Cooling Secures Future Digital TV Broadcasting

Gemina Termix A/S, member of the Danfoss Group, who has produced district heating units for the production of hot water and heating for one- and multi-family-houses in more than 20 years, now also delivers cooling units – to begin with to the Danish TV channels DR’s and TV2’s transmitting stations.

But cooling is certainly a new business area which the company expects great things from in the future. Especially shops and office buildings are estimated to require more cooling in future.

Flat Stations and Decentralized Systems MADE EASY

In collaboration with Zagreb district heating company, the heating team from Danfoss Croatia announce the launch of a new practical handbook on flat stations and decentralized heating systems.

Along with the May edition of "EuroHeat & Power" the Danfoss District Heating magazine "Agenda" will be co-distributed. And in this connection Danfoss has been awarded the honor of writing the editorial of the magazine.

The ISH Exhibition Underlined the Continued Dynamics of the Global Heating Industry

Crisis-resistant: sustainability, efficiency and renewable energies attracted the interest of 202,000 visitors at the ISH Exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany in March.
 
Our stands in hall 8.0, 9.0 and 10.1 had many visitors - and not only local visitors came by, the percentage of foreign visitors amounted to approximately 30%. With that in mind it is safe to say that the exhibition was not only a success for the organizers, but also for us.

Danfoss joins EuroHeat & Power Congress

Danfoss District Heating will be represented at the 34th Euroheat and Power (EHP)Congress taking place in Venice on May 25th - 26th.

The event has established itself as one of the most important events in the European and international district heating and cooling (DHC) and combined heat and power (CHP) calendar.
