Danfoss oil preheater FPHB with PTC-heating element ensures optimum and equal conditions for the oil nozzle.
FPHB can be offered in different versions with capacities from 3 kg/h up to 10 kg/h. FPHB 3 and 5 can also be delivered with a built-in closing valve and is a part of our LE-system.

As the preheater is an integrated part of the burner construction, we are producing more than 100 different types, which all are adapted to the wishes of the individual burner manufacturers.

/Oil preheater type LE with a build-in shut off valve is used to preheat oil with oil a viscosity of max. 10 cSt. The pump type BFP-LE or BFP LE-S must be used to prevent pre- or after dripping from the nozzle.

Optimized oil temperature for perfect start and running conditions

Oil heated to a temperature of 60-70°C eliminates the variations in viscosity coming from different storage temperatures or viscosity variations in the delivered oil. The viscosity is kept at a constant low value meaning easier atomization and smaller droplets.
