Best in Class; High Performance and Energy Saving - Danfoss Heat Exchangers

The new Danfoss plate heat exchangers with dimple pattern design, type XB 06 and XB 37, are tailored for heating and domestic hot-water systems with capacities of 10-100 kW.

They offer efficiency and excellent performance in smaller residential heating applications and district heating substations. Compared to size and weight the performance is “best in class”!

Why dimple pattern?

Danfoss XB heat exchangers with dimple pattern plate design ensure more uniform flow and better distribution of the media over the total area of each plate. The unique design also offers increased strength through well-defined brazing areas, enabling high working pressures and superior heat transfer efficiency.

High efficiency and low pressure loss with Danfoss heat exchanger

Featuring a new patented, state-ofthe-art dimple pattern plate design the XB 06 and XB 37 heat exchangers enable high working pressure and superior heat transfer efficiency compared to the conventional fishbone design.

Due to the extremely low pressure loss the high performing heat exchangers with dimple pattern design bring higher efficiency to the system and thereby enable you to save energy and operation costs.
